What data Tab Decay uses

Tab Decay may access and store the following data related to browser tabs:

• Tab URL
• Tab title
• Favicon URL, when available
• Last active timestamp
• Archive timestamp for archived tabs

How data is used

This data is used only to:

• Track inactivity of unpinned tabs
• Show aging and stale markers in supported tab titles
• Archive long-inactive tabs into the extension’s graveyard
• Allow users to revive archived tabs later

Where data is stored

All data used by Tab Decay is stored locally on the user’s device using Chrome extension local storage (chrome.storage.local).

Data sharing

Tab Decay does not sell user data.

Tab Decay does not transfer user data to third parties.

Tab Decay does not use user data for advertising.
